PICTURES OF VIC MORROW

These are a few stills that are non-Sgt Saunders.

It's Important to note that in all of these movies, Vic Morrow plays a bad guy.  As Shark in King Creole, he plays a bourbon street gangster.  In Glass House he's the Prison Mob baoss and lastly in Bad News Bears He turns from competitive little league coach to a zealous Dad that slaps his son to the ground in front of everyone. BTW, Bad news bears is a great example of how political correctness has hit the big screen sing the 70's.

MEN IN WAR

Men in War

Men in War is a War movie about the Korean War that was produced in 1957 in Black and White.  It stars Aldo Ray and Robert Ryan.  Aldo Ray does a superb acting job while I felt Robert Ryan , Who had the most parts, did sort of a pacifist version of Gil Hanley.  If I were a betting man, I would bet that Vic Morrow, Also in this movie, got his character or based his character on the combination of the two characters.  The rugged "Montana" character played by Aldo Ray is very indicative of Sgt. Saunders.  The Movie reminded of a a poorly written Combat script with Koreans instead of Germans.  In the beginning the squad sets out to find Hill 465, which sort of reminded me of Hill 256.

At the end of the Movie it turns into a short version of "Hills are for Heroes".  I won't give it away, but you are welcome to enjoy the pics:
